About Shelley

Knowing my personality helps to understand my drive. A former Detroit Women’s Rugby Club National Championship Rugby player, and a Level III certified Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor, I am best described as fiery and determined in both work and play. A mother of one daughter and multiple rescue pets, I opened Park Place Homes Real Estate in 2008, where I put my fierce negotiating skills to work for my clients. I am committed to my community and have been the Midland Board of Realtors President for 2020/2021, as well as two other times in the past. I was voted REALTOR® of the Year, by my Realtor peers, in 2003, 2012, and 2016 and have also been credited with The Greatest of the Great Lakes Bay Best Realtor both in 2014 and 2016, with Park Place Homes receiving best Real Estate Office in 2015.

The move to NextHome Park Place Homes Group began as the pandemic began. It was time to bring something to the community that reached beyond our small, successful group. With the backing of NextHome, Park Place Homes Group will continue to bring the service and client experience everyone has grown to know and love, and take it to a whole new level.
