Tim Sodini:
Tim brings 4.5 years of real estate sales experience to Park Place Homes. Tim has consistently been a $1,000,000 producer, and has received sales awards for his accomplishments. As well, he brings with him an additional 14+ years in the service industry, with attention to maintaining positive client relationships.
In the community, Tim is known for his knowledge of the Tri-Cities, having been born and raised in the Freeland/Midland area, sponsoring a co-ed softball team, and supporting his wife Christy with her daycare.

Brad Vander Vliet:
Brad is a fixture in our community working for the Midland Public School system for over 29 years, most recently as current Principal at Siebert Elementary School. He also has served as president on the Board of Directors for the Midland Community Center, president of the Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, and member of the Midland Community Relations Board.
His experiences in working with people and problem solving will prove to be a valuable asset as he helps develop a successful Property Management division at Park Place Homes. In addition, Brad will be assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
